# Admission Procedure

Registration :
In order to apply for admission in Himalayan International Residential School, you have to procure a Registration Form which is available from our school office on payment of ₹2000. The Registration Form comes with the School Prospectus and the Fee Structure.

A student can be registered with the school by depositing the Registration Form along with the specified Registration Fee and the following documents: 
Copy of Aadhar card of both parents and child, Birth certificate of the child, four recent passport size photo of both parents and child and a copy of the passport for the foreign students.

Online registration
A registration form can also be filled online and submitted. Once a registration form is filled and submitted, you need to contact at the given numbers. You will then be guided further on any query of yours and how to pay registration fees.

Admission Test
Registered candidates will be expected to take tests/interviews in various subjects. 
Tests and Interviews

• Classes I – III
  Oral test
• Classes IV – IX
  Written tests (Eng & Maths)
• Class XI
  Based on their Class X board result.

Note: All candidates will be interviewed after the tests.

The results will be compiled strictly on merit and subject to the provisions contained herein by the Admissions Committee, following which, seats will be offered to the candidates in order of merit. 

Age Requirement :
Age of the candidate at the time of admission, as recorded in the birth certificate issued by the Civil Authority will determine the eligibility of an admission to a particular Class.
